Will Writing
We offer a Will Writing service for one of life’s most important documents.
Why Write A Will?
All too often, people put off writing a Will, assuming that it’s a complicated, time-consuming task with a lot of admin. This is not true. However, without a Will, your loved ones could find it a lengthy and expensive process to benefit from your estate. At A.B. Wills we make sure you’re guided by knowledgeable and experienced consultants to make the right decisions about how you want to leave your estate.

Affordable Fixed Prices
Single Will - £120
The majority of people need a Single Will, which enables you to leave money, property and personal possessions to anybody you choose as well as appoint guardians if needed.
Mirror Wills - £180
Couples will often opt for Mirror Wills, which mean that the wishes in their wills are reflected in each others. This means you’ll choose the same executors, beneficiaries and guardians.
When Should You Write a Will?
Making a Will isn’t something to do ‘later in life’. As soon as you own property, get married or have children it is important to make sure you have a Will in place to legally set out how you want your estate to be administered and loved ones looked after. As you get older, life can change in unexpected ways, and events such as inheritance, divorce and second families are all reasons to ensure you have a Will.
